I am just writing to say a HUGE thank you for all that you did for me in retrieving my deposit.  I am in no doubt that without the National Tenant Helpline’s amazing help I would have not received any of my deposit, let alone all of it as I did.  I have just come from the bank after receiving a check this morning for the full amount of my deposit.

Unfortunately there are people in this world who believe that they can take advantage of people without any consequences.  Well thanks to you and your team there is one area that no longer has to worry.  I didn’t realise that there was such an excellent service available and I was astonished by how helpful and knowledgeable you were and with the greatest sense of understanding.

I am renting another property today, and while I hope I never have any disputes to settle again, if I ever do then I will certainly be in touch.

My landlord paid my full deposit of £1470 into my account today!!!  He also sent me an email and called me.  Thanks so much for your letter ...it obviously did the trick!

I just wanted to take this opportunity to say many thanks for your work in having our deposit returned.

I would like to add that the service you're company provides is unique and gives tenants real hope of having what is owed to them returned by unscrupulous or untrustworthy landlords.

Without companies like yours I'm sure many landlords would keep hold of funds which are not rightfully theirs as they know that many tenants would not go to the trouble, or have the know how, of how to proceed court actions against them.
