1. How long will the process take?

In most cases we settle within the first few weeks

2. Will I have to pay a fee?

You will only pay a fee if we are successful in recovering your deposit. If we don't recover your tenancy deposit, you pay nothing. Our fees are detailed in our terms.

3. Will I have to go to court?

In the majority of cases we will agree upon a settlement with your ex-landlord without the need to go to court.

4. Are my details safe and confidential?

Yes, client confidentially is paramount and all our advisers operate under our strict privacy guidelines. We will never disclose your personal information. Please see our privacy policy for more details.

5. If my Tenancy started before 6th April 2007 can you recover my deposit?

Yes.

6. Can you recover my deposit if my estate agent has gone bankrupt?

Yes, we can still recover your deposit from the landlord

7. If my deposit is protected by a government scheme can you recover it?

If your deposit is protected within one of three Government schemes, you must contact your scheme for assistance.
