1. Will I have to pay a fee?

You will only pay a fee if we are successful in recovering your deposit. If we don't recover your tenancy deposit, you pay nothing. Our fee is calculated at 15% + vat of your recovered deposit subject to terms.

2. How long will the process take?

In most cases we settle within the first few weeks

3. Will I have to go to court?

In the majority of cases we will agree upon a settlement with your ex-landlord without the need to go to court.

4. Are my details safe and confidential?

5. If my Tenancy started before 6th April 2007 can you recover my deposit?

Yes, provided it has been renewed after 6th April 2007

6. Can you recover my deposit if my estate agent has gone bankrupt?

Yes, we can still recover your deposit from the landlord

7. If my deposit is protected by a government scheme can you recover it?

If your deposit is protected within one of three Government schemes, you must contact your scheme for assistance.
